Box was badly damaged by the item showed no dsmage.Cord too short and it doesn’t heat up hot enough to wrinkles out.Requested a refund. Box was smashed and item was wet as if it had been used.Heat lowIt got to me dirty, oily, with water in it and with scratches! The box was broken! I was very disappointed! After all this, I tried using it and it was useless; didn’t work at all.I did not like this product at All the directions were in a foreign language and it just did not get hot enoughIt was 2 months late and the thing still did not workthis item had water in it and it does not work. very dissapointed
