When it arrived and I took it out of the box I thought it was broken because the manual and directions kind of suck because to do the step by step directions don't work right. It took some trial and error to figure it out because I thought I had a bad extender out of the box.1st thing you want to do is plug it into an outlet right next to your main router and what that does is let's them sync up to each other.2nd thing you want to do when the extender power button is solid green is push the WPS button on your main router until it's blinking and then push the WPS button on the extender.3rd thing you should see the lights on the extender light up on the Router, Power, and WPS.The Device light will stay unlit until you try and log into the extender.I used these for a cruise and they were wonderful. I tend to get sea sick and have used sea bands in the past. These are basically the exact same thing, but were cheaper so I thought I'd give them a try.Pros:It works! For the most part, upon putting them on, within 5-10 minutes you will notice that you start to feel better. It works gradually but very quickly. It's preventative. If you put them on before you go, you will be fine. No side effects. Virtually none whatsoever They're very discreet. They're tiny, hard to see when you wear them, and they come in a perfectly sized case that's smaller than a business card and less than an inch thick. They weigh next to nothing and can be carried in a pocket or purse.Cons:They are tight so they leave little marks on your skin, but this beats puking over the side of the boat for days. They leave imprints on your skin.The wrist bands work. They would be better if they were adjustable. They tend to be too tight on large wrists.Got a case of vertigo out of nowhere! Bought after reading reviews and have to say other than leaving marks on my wrist, it didn't aide my vertigo or nausea.I don't trust any medication out there and I hardly ever take one. Of course I wouldn't take meds just for a car ride. This band is perfect. My family lives oversea and they don't have these bands in my country. I buy these for my friends and family every time I go home. Very satisfied.I don't know if it's in my head, but I swear these help with morning sickness. I bought 3 pairs so I can always wear a clean one.This strap helps me for motion sickness when I ride airplanes or boatsgreat motion sickness helper do not need motion sickness medication woks great on air planes boats and carI bought these for seasickness but actually didn't need them for the short boat journeys I've made whilst in the Philippines, on holiday.I did however put them on part way through an erratic 3 hour (very hairy) taxi journey...
