I don't write many reviews, but I'd like to recognize the above and beyond effort this company went through when I had issues with their travel sized products.The items that arrived in good condition were AMAZING products that my wife absolutely loved and really appreciated as gifts. But some of the products had their tops opened, and had therefore dried out. Amazon was mediumly helpful, but I decided to let the company know that they had a potential quality issue on their hands, since this happened on more than one product. They were extremely appreciative, and made it right many times over again with replacement products shipped priority to us, no questions asked.A company that treats their customers right like this wins them over for the long haul!
